The most perfect Brachiosaurus

This afternoon Lucca announced that he wanted to draw a brachiosaurus for me. He had me pick a color then started.

This is the belly, with food inside. He stopped and got upset because it "wasn't good" (because he went outside the outline) and after fussing about it a bit he started over.

Again, he stopped and got upset, saying he wanted it to be "perfect." We talked about it, and I told him that nobody can draw a perfect brachiosaurus, because nobody's perfect. He decided that he wanted to start over again.

This time after drawing the belly outline, he brightly told me that wasn't going to draw the food. Ah, problem solved! He then drew the neck and head and one eye, but then things went south again because there wasn't room for the other eye, and he wanted them to be the same size. Again I offered some suggestions, but he wanted to start again. This time he told me not to look while he drew it.

And there it is! He proudly explained it to me, and pointed out the tree on the right for eating.

I think it's perfect.
